You will learn how to communicate with plants, make a ceremonial earth cloth along with an earth connecting meditation in the surrounds of Kings Park as part of the wildflower festival.
All materials supplied.
Requirements: Please bring drinking water, towel or yoga mat and make sure you are well hydrated.
