The awe-inspiring Boorna Waanginy: The Trees Speak returns to light up Kings Park in a celebration of growth and renewal as a part of EverNow Festival 2024. We’re calling on the community to save their recycling and participate in a beautiful weaving activity whilst learning about the biodiversity of our environment and what we can do to care for it.

Each woven art piece, inspired by a nest, egg or seed, will be collected and put on display as part of the event at Kings Park from 4 – 7 October 2024. Materials will be provided for this workshop.

Can’t make a workshop but want to get involved?
If you would like to make your own woven art piece at home, please contact info@evernow.com.au and we’ll supply you with what you need (limited kits available).

Age recommendation: Suitable for all ages. Children under ages of 8 may require assistance from a parent or guardian.
