Through rain, hail or sunshine, buyers from around Western Australia line up for the Friends of Kings Park plant sales.

These sales provide plenty of opportunities for buyers to build stunning gardens with plants not always available from commercial nurseries.
Friends' plants are all grown by volunteers in the Kings Park nursery, which is accredited under the Nursery Industry Accreditation Scheme Australia (NIASA).
The plants are grown in small quantities and are only available at plant sales or sometimes through special online sales.
The proceeds from sales go directly to the Friends of Kings Park, and are put towards supporting research and projects in Kings Park and Botanic Garden.
